JAGZONE
Help Shape the Future of Jagzone
Jagzone has become a staple for Jags fans over the past decade — offering exclusive interviews, behind-the-scenes content, live audio commentary, match highlights, and full match replays, all designed to keep supporters as close to the action as possible, whether they’re in Maryhill or halfway around the world.
It does all this as well as make a positive contribution to the income of the club
As we look ahead, we think it’s time for a refresh — and we want your input.
Next week, we’ll be launching a short online survey through The Jags Club and the club website, giving all supporters — whether you’re a current Jagzone subscriber or not — the chance to have your say. We’ll be asking about what content you value most, what you’d like to see added, and how Jagzone could be better integrated with other areas like Season Tickets, Sponsorship and Hospitality.
While our international streaming service will continue to play a key role for supporters outside the UK and Ireland, this particular project is focused solely on Jagzone.
Your feedback will help shape the next chapter of our digital coverage — so keep an eye out and make sure your voice is heard.

FALKIRK
Partick Thistle vs. Falkirk
It’s Wyre Stadium at Firhill on a Friday as the Jags return home for a pivotal penultimate fixture against title-chasing Falkirk. With just two games remaining and the race for the play-offs extremely hot, every tackle, every pass, and every point matters.
Brian Graham and Mark Wilson’s men know the challenge ahead—but they’ll also know that Firhill has not always been on easy hunting ground for the Bairns.
Ahead of Friday’s showdown, we take a look back at some memorable home clashes against Falkirk.
April 2021 – Partick Thistle 5–0 Falkirk
Partick Thistle sealed the League One title in emphatic style with a five-star showing at Firhill. Zak Rudden’s header got the party started before Scott Tiffoney and Brian Graham fired the Jags into a commanding half-time lead. Rudden added a second and Joe Cardle capped off a rampant performance that secured a return to the Championship at the first time of asking. A night of redemption and celebration in Maryhill.
August 2018 – Partick Thistle 2–1 Falkirk
The Jags opened their Championship campaign with a deserved win, thanks to a pair of solo efforts. James Penrice dazzled down the left, cutting inside to fire home via a deflection, before Chris Erskine surged in from the opposite flank to double the lead. Falkirk pulled one back late through Rees Greenwood, but the points stayed in Glasgow as Thistle made a strong start to life back in the second tier.
January 2013 – Partick Thistle 4–1 Falkirk
A dominant display at Firhill saw Thistle move second in the First Division. Conrad Balatoni opened the scoring with a powerful header before Lyle Taylor briefly brought Falkirk level. Chris Erskine restored the lead soon after, and further goals from Balatoni and Erskine in the second half sealed a convincing victory in front of a bouncing home crowd.
Join the Red and Yellow Army at Firhill this Friday as we face off against the Bairns in a massive clash in the race for the play-offs.

ACCOMDATIONS
Accommodating Partick Thistle
Partick Thistle are looking to provide a home away from home for players or staff, who may be coming to Glasgow for the first time, to ensure that their wellbeing is a priority and the club can make the best use of any cost savings that this approach brings.

GAME RECAP
Dunfermline Athletic vs. Partick Thistle
Partick Thistle were unbeaten on the road but couldn’t break through a stubborn Dunfermline Athletic side as Saturday’s crucial clash at East End Park ended 0-0.
With Kevin Budinauckas and Kyle Turner moving to the bench and Logan Chalmers ruled out through injury, David Mitchell, Sean Kelly, and Stevie Lawless returned to the starting XI. The Jags also changed shape, lining up with a back three as they looked to tighten things up following the defeat to Hamilton.
Dunfermline started brightly, with Matthew Todd glancing a header narrowly wide inside the opening minutes. The Pars enjoyed the lions share of possession in the early stages, but clear-cut chances remained limited.
Aidan Fitzpatrick was Thistle’s spark in attack, and it was his driving run that produced the visitors’ first real threat—forcing a sharp low stop from Toby Oluwayemi midway through the first half after being sent clear by Kelly.
The Pars keeper was called into action again moments later, reacting well to deny Sean Kelly after a clever flick-on from Luke McBeth created space inside the box.
After the break, the Jags began to assert themselves. Kanayo Megwa’s burst down the right saw him flash a teasing cross across the six-yard box, but Dan O’Reilly couldn’t add a final touch.
The best chance of the match came on 63 minutes when Brian Graham rattled the crossbar which was followed by a penalty-box scramble. Oluwayemi made a brilliant diving save to keep out Stevie Lawless on the rebound as Dunfermline clung on with chains for two penalties after challenges on O’Reilly and Megwa.
With 15 minutes to play, another mix-up at the back saw Oluwayemi caught well off his line, but Thistle couldn’t find the finish with the goal gaping.
Late on, David Mitchell was called into action to deny David Wotherspoon and with both sides ultimately settled for a share of the spoils.
Full Time – Dunfermline Athletic 0 Partick Thistle 0
The result sees Thistle remain fourth on goal difference, now level on points with Raith Rovers following a dramatic three-goal comeback from the Kirkcaldy side. With two fixtures remaining, the race for the play-offs is still in our hands.
Next up: Friday night football returns to The Wyre Stadium at Firhill as we host league leaders Falkirk in our final home match of the regular season.

Match Recaps
Friday, 18th April 2025
Livingston 5–0 Ayr United
Livingston turned on the style at the Set Fare Arena, sweeping aside fellow promotion contenders Ayr United to secure second place in the Championship. Stephen Kelly’s early deflected strike set the tone before Robbie Muirhead’s penalty and a second from Kelly made it 3–0 at the break. Cristian Montaño and Reece McAlear added late goals to complete a dominant performance and delay Falkirk’s potential title celebrations.
Saturday, 19th April 2025
Falkirk 1–3 Raith Rovers
The title race was thrown wide open as Raith Rovers stunned Falkirk with a dramatic three-goal salvo in the final minutes. Calvin Miller gave the Bairns a first-half lead, but a red card for Sean Mackie changed the flow. Aiden Marsh equalised on 88 minutes, before Paul Hanlon and Dylan Easton sealed a remarkable comeback that moved Rovers level on points with Thistle in the play-off battle.
Airdrieonians 0–1 Greenock Morton
Tomi Adeloye’s first-half finish was enough to secure three points for Morton and all but confirm Airdrieonians’ place in the relegation play-off. Despite being elevated to ninth after Hamilton’s points deduction, Rhys McCabe’s side couldn’t find a way through and are now six points adrift with two to play. Morton’s outside hopes of a top-four finish remain mathematically alive.
Hamilton Academical 0–0 Queen’s Park
A tense affair at New Douglas Park ended goalless as Hamilton’s relegation to League One was effectively confirmed, pending appeal. The Accies needed a win to keep survival hopes alive following their 15-point deduction but couldn’t find a breakthrough. Queen’s Park stay in eighth and now sit six clear of Airdrie with two games to go.
